How can I be sure my order is placed / confirmed ?
You will receive an order acknowledgment via the email address you will have provided us. This is the way we’ll make it official : your Blown candle will be soon yours ! Yay.
Is it possible to track my order ?
Absolutely. With the order acknowledgment you’ll receive by mail, you’ll be able to access the details of your order through the section My Account. As soon as your order is sent, you’ll get a tracking number from our carrier partner.  
Can I amend my order after I placed it ?
Please write ASAP to hello@blown.paris : be sure we’ll make everything we can to satisfy your request.
Which payment methods do you accept ?
Payment can be made with Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
At what point will my credit card be charged ?
Your credit card will be charged at the point at which your order is confirmed and treated.

Where are the Blown candles produced ?
That means a lot to us : every little element of Blown candles was elaborated, inspired with a french savoir-faire that we value and love. The fragrances come from Grasse, the worldwide capital of perfume. Our candles are assembled in Spain. The project is designed and dreamt from the heart of Paris. This is how we do it!

What type of wax is composing the Blown candle ?
Glad you asked. The composing of our candles is something we’re proud of : ciao paraffine, we use exclusively vegetal wax (soy, coco) in our fabrication process. The wicks of our candles are made with biologic coton. This is how we get 100% vegan candles that you can melt without any risk. Sexy, isn’t it?
How can I make my relationship with my Blown a long lasting one ?
1- Love it, smell it, customize it, be proud of it, and spread the love with your Blown on our Instagram account.
2- Embrace the delicateness of beauty. First time you use it, first time you love it : burn it for at least 2 hours. In that way you give enough time to the wax to melt in a homogenous way.
3- Care for it. Use scissors regularly to delicately carve the wick to about 5mm. Especially when the flame becomes too strong or uneven.
4- Cherish it : let it melt by time slices of maximum 3 hours.
5 - Reuse it ! Be bold with your Blown : take off the wax deposit by placing it in your freezer for a few hours and be creative. We know you are, aren’t you ?
How can burn my Blown in the safer way ?
Be precautious : never let it burnt without surveillance, keep it away from flammables products (paper, textiles etc) and draughts. Don’t move your Blown while it’s burning or still hot. Keep it away from children or domestic animals. And last but not least : don’t forget to blow it out before you go to bed. Whether you go sleeping or… whatever.
What's with the B ?
We're kind of logomaniac. Some sees a letter, some sees a heart, we like to see it as a lucky sticker. Each of them is hand-glued, which makes each Blown candle unique.
How long do the Blown candle burn ?
About 60 hours. And it’s up to you to make it last forever : feel free to visit our shop to make the Blown effect happen again. Boom.
Where do you ship ?
For now, in France. But don’t worry, and stay tuned : we’ll come to you, eventually. We’re craving for it.
How long does it takes and costs to process an order ?
Every order placed before 12am leaves on the same day, the others the next day. Please note that an order placed after 12am on friday will be taken care of by our carrier on the next monday. As soon as your parcel is taken care of, the delivery depends of the transporter : SoColissimo à mon domicile sans signature - 6,90 € TTC : livraison en 2 à 3 jours ouvrés, pour toute commande passée avant midi. Mondial Relay Point Relais – 4,90 € TTC : livraison en 4 à 7 jours ouvrés dans un des 4,900 Points Relais®, pour toute commande passée avant midi. Chronopost - 9,90 € TTC : livraison le lendemain (hors samedi/dimanche) pour toute commande passée avant midi.
I have a problem with the delivery of my order
The first thing to do is to check your order status with the tracking number of your parcel. If it’s not helping, please write ASAP to our support team at hello@blown.paris or on every other platforms you might like (social medial, live chat) with the number of your order, and we’ll make sure to help you find a solution to your problem as soon as possible.
What is the return policy?
As a consumer, you dispose of a right of withdrawal : within 14 days from the delivery of your Blown-s to obtain an exchange or a refund. Please write to our support team at hello@blown.paris and make sure that the products haven’t been touched or damaged to get the total refunding of your order.
